When I landed on this recipe I saw #1. Its chicken, my boys will most likely like it. #2. There aren’t many ingredients! Yay!
But Y’all. Tandoori Spice ain’t at the HT or Publix. I searched for 20+ min up and down every aisle and even went to customer service!! (yikes) I found on google that World Market carries it, which thank goodness is right up the street from me. I don’t like going to different stores all over town for one recipe. So, if you live in Charlotte and want to make this, you are welcome to the tsp of tandoori spice this recipe calls for -I have it! 😉
IF you have tandoori spice and I suggest you get it after I tasted this, this chicken rub is SO easy to make. OMG, the skin was delicious. The chicken was moist (I know most people cringe at that word, but it is the only way to describe the chicken. It was cooked to perfection and really good.

Lawton gave it a 9.5 out of 10 and he liked the skin the best – otherwise, he said it tasted like regular chicken. Wyatt had THREE servings of it. 3!! But, he later dipped it in ketchup just because he eats all chicken dipped in ketchup. (my eyes are rolling as I type this) – BUT he gave it a thumbs up too. HIT with the boys! Jack got home a little later, and he said it was delicious. So, we all loved this chicken and say its a HIT!
