Another recipe roulette confession: I have never made lasagna…..until now. I know its recipe that a lot of people keep on repeat and I am sure not everyone is MAKING it, but buying it instead – makes sense to me! Lawton again, had it at a friends house and loved it, so I decided to try and make my own.
This one from Cravings looked simple and in didn’t have to line up the noodles, etc. Jack and Lawton loved it, Wyatt not so much. I tried it and thought it was good, but I am not a big lasagna eater, hence why it isn’t made at our house. This could feed about 8 people IMO and would be great with a side salad.
If your lasagna recipe is just too hard, takes to long this one is for you! I did everything under 2 hours. Right between carpool pickup and football practice 😉
