I admit it. I have bought about 10 new pairs of shoes in the last month. I have a problem. There are just too many cute shoes out there right now! I went through my closet and I haven’t bought spring/summer shoes in maybe 2 years – it was time to update! I also had a few outfits that I really love and just didn’t have the right shoes for. Don’t you hate that? Kick ass dress and just not the right shoes. So, I bought a few (10) pairs…oops!
GLADIATORS
So, I went a little crazy on the gladiators. I bought a few pairs to try out – all the black ones that I purchased are in route, so I will let you know which ones I went with! I kept the first two pictured…because helllloooo, they were such a great deal!! Target was really a huge hit this spring but you have to go online – they don’t have any of these in the store (in Charlotte at least!). I love all the studded sandals that are out now too – but I am a gold girl….I can’t mix my metals! Here are a few that I love and all well priced!
SANDALS
Another big trend this spring are platform slip ons, tevas, slides, you name it. I tried the teva look but it didn’t work on me, so I ordered a few others in it’s place 😉 I am also going to link a pair of teva look alikes that I think are really actually pretty cute. I think the platform is needed in that shoe though ;)! Again, Target is in the mix and Steve Madden as well. They both had a lot of shoes that I love this spring!
I bought the Same Edelman slides above and I am obsessed. They are so comfortable and I think they are so cute for the pool or with jean shorts and a tee….love. them.
Okay, teva lovers …these are CUTE. I dig them. Maaaaaybe if I didn’t have a size 10 foot flopping around, I would get these. Cute on a 7-8 but not a 10. Sorry fellow big footers!
Next, SEXY SANDALS with a bit of a heel.
These Dolce Vitas have been EVERYWHERE. And have been sold out! I finally scored both colors and will report back once they get here. Aren’t they so pretty? I feel like these will never go out of style. Below these, again, TARGET for the win. I kept these as well – standard. Comfortable. Pretty on the foot. CAN’T GO WRONG. $30.
These Anthroplogie heels are so cute too – love the heel on these and the blush color goes with anything!
Onto CLOGS next. I know so many girls that have sweedish hasbeens and swear by them. They aren’t too $$ but I wouldn’t mind paying less. A friend showed me these Steve Madden ones and they are on the way to me now! How cute are they? OMG. They are similar to Swedish Hasbeens and just as cute.
Here are some originals and lime is so IN right now. I think these are adorable. Maybe one day I will splurge and get some…in the meantime, I will wait for the SM ones to get to me and see! Swedish hasbeens heel is a bit smaller than the Steve Madden ones which I do like. Still, the SM are a steal.
And if you want a great deal – these are ADORABLE. TARGET. AGAIN! I bought these and I am keeping them. Period. How can I not? These will never go out of style, will look great with shorts, dresses, skirts, you name it. They are comfortable and true to size. A must!!
And just because I love these, I have to share. Tkees glossys are the best. Tkees are such a great flip flop..they are nice, made well and they are just plain pretty. This is the color I purchased after I looked at my ones that are over 3 years old and finally had to say goodbye.
