Confession: Almost every afternoon I get a fountain diet coke from Laurel Market in Myers Park. This cute house is across the street and I have been so curious as to what kind of store it was. Isabella moved into this space in 2017 and I finally decided to pop in and see what it was all about.
Little did I know, Isabella had been around for 15 years! It had been tucked away in another beautiful part of Myers Park until now! It is a fine linen store that carries beautiful bedding, gifts, accessories, furniture and art by artists from NC + SC. Isabella is owned by Erin Dougherty who has lived in Charlotte since she was 15 years old. Isabella is a full service store – they have a design studio upstairs where you can have them design your dream bedroom, kitchen, bath and more.
They carry lines such as Matouk and Peacock Alley and other high quality linens. Jack and I have towels from Target (gasp!) and he has been complaining about the quality to me for months and I just haven’t known where to look. I found these at Isabella and they are so nice and soft and a great price! We will be switching asap.
The store is really beautiful and will be my go to place to pop in and get a gift for someone – the candles, frames, coffee table books, the matches – they are all so colorful and bright – you will want to buy everything!

Isabella will sell off the floor, you can buy online, you may special order, or work with designers they have in store – it really is a special place here in Charlotte in the heart of Eastover/Myers Park.

Another cool thing about Isabella is that Nolen Joyce a local jewelry designer, rents part of this cute house where she sells her jewelry line Noble Collective .

Nolan grew up around Charlotte and started making jewelry 10 years ago. She started Noble Collective in June 2019 and has a great price point from $30-$200. Her goal is to make jewelry that you can wear forever and if you wanted to change it up, you have the stones from her pieces to maybe be reworked later!
I am really into tiny earrings since I finally have my ears pierced and got two pairs from her that I bought for my second hole that I can’t wait to wear once my 6 week waiting period is up!

Pop in and look around Isabella – you won’t be disappointed. If you don’t live in Charlotte, look around online at all they have to offer and be sure to check out Noble Collective online as well!
